Terms and Conditions

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate.

 

Commissions

  • After a design is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is required for all commissions in order for the making process to start and then the balance will be paid upon finishing the making, before the client receives the piece.

  • If you decide to not follow the commission through, then the 50% deposit will be non-refundable. But please message directly if you have any concerns. 

 

Delivery

  • Whilst we do have stock of a small number of items most of our pieces are made to order and can take 4-12 weeks from point of order to delivery – see item details for estimated time frames.

  • We aim to dispatch items held in stock via Royal Mail Signed For - 1st Class or Special Next Day delivery

        (depending on the item), within 2-5 working days.

  • Items which are made to order/bespoke commissions will take roughly between 2-12 weeks depending on the type of commission. This will be agreed upon whilst discussing the commission.  

  • We are happy to ship internationally, please contact us so we can find the best shipping solution for your purchase.

  • We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within an estimated timescale. 

  • We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs checks.

  • Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • If your purchase has not arrived by the expected date please contact us and we will provide you with your tracking number in order that you can chase the shipping company.

 

Returns and exchanges

  • If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. After this period, returns will not be accepted. The item must be in their original packaging and the item must be in the condition it was received in, unworn, unused and undamaged.

  • If the piece is damaged upon receiving it, please email katiewatsondesigns@gmail.com as soon as possible and we can sort this out for you.

  • We do not cover postage costs for returns, unless the item has a manufacturing fault.

  • Unfortunately, bespoke commissions or personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless they contain a manufacturing fault.

  • Katie Watson Designs is not liable for any items lost in transit.

  • If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch within 24 hours of placing your order
